Please note a deposit is taken either On or before arrival of £100 against any damage to the property
Or its contents. The deposit will be fully refunded after inspection if all is o.k. An additional cleaning charge will be deducted £35.00 if the property is not left clean or appliances, pans etc are grubby. We ask that you look after the home as if it were your own so to ensure the enjoyment of the next guests who visit. Thank you. We really hope you will enjoy staying in our home.
